Our positive approach enables us to systematically identify and attract a potential pool of Candidates. Whether it is a database or advertised search and selection, you are updated on our progress regularly. Contract Personnel uses a standard resume format to capture information about a Candidate. Resumes are supplied promptly without charge or obligation. We will co-ordinate client/candidate meetings and negotiations to facilitate your project objectives.
Initial Briefing. To understand your staffing requirement we discuss your organisation, industry, work environment, business focus, market strength, and recruitment need. We then plan a selection strategy that best meets your requirements.
Database Search. With 25 year's experience in technical recruitment, Contract Personnel retains a large database of candidates to suit your requirement. It is mandatory for candidates on our database to provide Contract Personnel with certified copies of Degree, Diplomas, Memberships etc. prior to presentation to our Clients.
Advertisements. Where more specialised candidates are required Contract Personnel will expand their search by advertising your requirement. Artwork and Text for Block advertisements are presented to the Client for approval prior to placement. Specific Block advertising authorised by the Client is charged at cost. Costs associated with line advertising are borne by Contract Personnel.
CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCESS
Interviews and Reference Checks. We interview candidates, to review qualifications, achievements, motivations, personal compatibility, and to also explain your Company needs. We also undertake extensive written reference checking before we present prospective candidates to you.
Presentation of Candidates. A pool of suitable candidates' resumes are forwarded to your organisation for your selection. Then we co-ordinate a meeting between the Candidate and Client. We will act as the intermediary between Client and Candidate, concentrating on factors that could influence the offer/acceptance. We then stay in touch with both parties during the integration period.
Post Placement Assistance. At times we are requested to mediate between a placed contractor and the Client. Such mediation may arise by virtue of the traditional “personality clash” or a contractor being allocated unsuitable tasks. We make ourselves available both in and outside office hours for such counselling activities.
